Legal agreement governing your use of kytoto gaming services

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kytoto. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any kytoto services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using kytoto services and close your account.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the kytoto Platform, creating an Account, or using any kytoto Services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of kytoto Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
If you access kytoto Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. kytoto reserves the right to request documentation verifying such authority and to suspend or terminate Accounts pending satisfactory verification.
Use of kytoto Services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following criteria to create an Account and use kytoto Services:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. kytoto operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. We implement rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm age eligibility. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and winnings voided without exception.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You must not be subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using gaming services.
kytoto Services are intended exclusively for users physically located in Indonesia at the time of access. You must not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true geographic location. kytoto employs geo-location verification technology and reserves the right to suspend Accounts and void transactions if geographic manipulation is detected.
Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account with kytoto. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Users found to be operating duplicate Accounts will have all Accounts permanently closed, funds confiscated, and winnings voided. Only the first Account created will be considered legitimate; all subsequent Accounts will be deemed fraudulent.
You must deposit and wager only funds that are legally your own property and that you can afford to lose without financial hardship. You must not use kytoto Services with funds obtained through illegal means or funds that rightfully belong to third parties.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact phone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information. kytoto reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend Accounts pending satisfactory verification.
kytoto implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity, prevent fraud, combat money laundering, and ensure compliance with age restrictions. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence), and photographic verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in Account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must immediately notify kytoto of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. kytoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must ensure that all Account information remains accurate and current at all times. You must promptly update your Account details if your email address, phone number, residential address, or other contact information changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in communication failures, withdrawal processing delays, and Account suspension.
kytoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI) and Indonesian e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are disclosed at the time of transaction.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. kytoto reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and to refuse deposits or return funds if the source cannot be satisfactorily verified. This policy exists to prevent money laundering, fraud, and financial crime.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification procedures and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon with kytoto support. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Standard withdrawal processing times range from one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, with VIP members receiving priority processing.
kytoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Unusual transaction patterns, including but not limited to large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without significant gameplay, may trigger additional verification requirements or transaction delays. kytoto reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
kytoto does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet service) may impose fees independently. kytoto is not responsible for third-party fees. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.
kytoto may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, game contribution percentages, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions. You must review and understand all applicable bonus terms before opting into any promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of bonus funds that must be staked (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers). Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in individual bonus terms.
kytoto reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and Accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes, employing betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk, making deposits solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to wager, or any other activity that exploits bonus offers contrary to their intended purpose.
Active bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, if you violate any bonus term or condition, or if your Account is closed or suspended for any reason. kytoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
All Users must engage with kytoto Services in good faith and in accordance with the intended purpose of each game and betting market. You must not employ any strategies, techniques, or systems designed to exploit errors, bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality in the Platform or games. You must not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or other third-party software to place bets or play games.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of sporting events as provided by our odds data providers. kytoto is not responsible for errors in third-party sports data feeds, though we will make reasonable efforts to correct obvious errors before settlement.
If you believe an error has occurred in game outcome, bet settlement, or Account balance, you must notify kytoto customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the alleged error. kytoto will investigate all reported errors and make final determination regarding appropriate resolution. kytoto's decision regarding error resolution is final and binding.
Users are expected to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. kytoto provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools to assist Users in maintaining control over their gaming activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account suspension or termination, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or embodied in the kytoto Platform are the exclusive property of kytoto or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from kytoto.
kytoto Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kytoto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
kytoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of kytoto Services, even if kytoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall kytoto's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
kytoto is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in Service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, telecommunication infrastructure problems, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or Force Majeure events.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kytoto customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
kytoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect or determine that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, posed a security risk, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, kytoto may confiscate all Account funds if the termination results from User fraud, Terms violations, or illegal activity.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kytoto reserves the right to charge administrative fees on dormant Accounts and to close Accounts with zero balance that remain dormant for extended periods.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of kytoto Services must first be submitted to kytoto customer support for resolution. kytoto will investigate all complaints and endeavor to reach amicable resolution within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using kytoto Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for resolution of any legal disputes.
kytoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through Platform notifications, email, or prominent announcements on the kytoto homepage. Your continued use of kytoto Services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
